I was thinking right this when, in 1979, born Caffè Roen : my idea of espresso, which since then I promote, thanks to my family either, with the artisan's experience and passion, looking after every phase of processing, from the seeking for the best green coffees to their roasting, passing through the mixing of each quality, always looking for new ways and solutions, for new tastes, perfumes and aromas.
